Contact Form Privacy Notice

Your name, email, optional company and phone details, and message are provided to authorized site administrators to review and respond to your request. The message is stored in the website database; a notification may be sent through the configured email service.

Automatic retention for new messages: 180 days. When automatic deletion is disabled, records remain until an authorized administrator deletes them. Security checks use short-lived keyed hashes; submitted data is not placed in URLs.
